Delete your Boat Guru account
You can delete your account and request deletion of associated app data from this page. Deletion is permanent once processed.
What gets deleted
- Boat Guru account access and authentication data.
- Saved chats, diagnostic messages, and uploaded diagnostic photos.
- Saved boat profiles and app-specific preferences.
- Feedback and support data where deletion is legally permitted.
Billing, tax, security, fraud-prevention, and legal records may be retained where required. If you subscribed through Apple, Google Play, or Stripe, cancel the subscription through that provider to stop future billing.
Sign in to delete your account directly. If you cannot sign in, email support from the address on your account and ask us to delete your Boat Guru account and associated app data.
