Operate Panel Mount Control Handle

1. To engage forward gear, push the control handle forward from neutral to the first detent. 2. Continue pushing the control handle forward past the first detent to increase speed in forward gear. 3. To engage reverse gear, pull the control handle back from neutral to the first detent. 4. Continue pulling the control handle back past the first detent to increase speed in reverse gear. 5. When moving the control handle out of neutral, always press the shift lock first to allow the engine to shift. 6. If equipped with a trim switch, press the trim switch to trim the engine up or down.
