Free Throttle Lever Operation (Side Mount RC Type)

1. Ensure the control lever is in neutral before operating the free throttle lever. The free throttle lever is inoperative unless the control lever is in neutral. WARNING: The control lever is inoperative unless the free throttle lever is returned to the fully-closed position. 2. Move the free throttle lever upward to open the throttle. 3. For warm-up, set the free throttle lever to the warming-up position (position 3 — between fully-closed and fully-open).
