Procedure
Trim Tab Adjustment
1. Assess steering effort in both left and right turns to determine if adjustment is needed. 2. Loosen the trim tab bolt. 3. If less effort is required to make left turns, move the back of the trim tab to the left. If less effort is required to make right turns, move the back of the trim tab to the right. Adjust in small increments. 4. Retighten the trim tab bolt securely. WARNING: Ensure the trim tab bolt is retightened securely after any adjustment. 5. Retest steering effort with the boat evenly loaded and running at cruising speed. Repeat adjustment as necessary until steering effort is equal in both directions. Tools: Trim tab bolt wrench/driver
