Procedure
Every 300 Hours / Three Years Maintenance – 75–115 HP 4-Stroke
1. Check power trim fluid. Refer to Checking Power Trim Fluid section. 2. Lubricate all lubrication points. Lubricate more frequently when used in saltwater. Refer to Lubrication Points section. 3. Replace water pump impeller – dealer service. Replace more often if overheating occurs or reduced water pressure is noted. WARNING: Replace the water pump impeller more often if overheating occurs or reduced water pressure is noted. 4. Lubricate the splines on the upper driveshaft – dealer service. 5. Check wiring and connectors – dealer service. 6. Replace the spark plugs.
