Procedure
1. Place the engine in a vertical position. 2. Remove the top cowl. 3. Remove the dipstick. 4. Wipe oil off the dipstick with a clean cloth. 5. Insert the dipstick into the hole completely. 6. Remove the dipstick again and check the oil level. Oil level must be between the upper limit (Max.) and lower limit (Min.) shown on the dipstick. 7. Return the dipstick. WARNING: Check the oil level only when the engine is cooled.
