Procedure

Normal Engine Start (Electric Start)

1. Push the start key to start the engine. 2. Stop pushing the key when the engine has started. The key returns to the original position automatically. 3. Return the Free accel lever to the close position. 4. Confirm the warning lamp lights up and then goes off after the engine has started. WARNING: If the warning lamp does not go off after starting, shut down engine and investigate before operation. 5. Check for cooling water discharge from the cooling water check port.
