Trim Angle Adjustment
1. Assess hull attitude during operation: the anti-ventilation plate should run parallel to the water surface and the hull should be horizontal. 2. If the bow rises too high above horizontal, set the thrust rod (or preset knob) to a LOWER position. 3. If the bow dips below horizontal (bow into the water), set the thrust rod (or preset knob) to a HIGHER position. 4. Verify the correct trim angle: the hull should be horizontal and the anti-ventilation plate should be parallel to the water surface during operation.
