Procedure · 1. Dry and reinstall spark plugs. 2. Start engine with the throttle open.

Procedure · 1. Use starting procedure (pp. 56, 59, 62, 64). 2. If engine still will not start, take outboard motor to an authorized Honda Marine dealer, or refer to the shop manual.
