Procedure
1. Start the engine normally. Do NOT push the fast idle button during starting. 2. Ensure the control lever is in the N (neutral) position. 3. Push in the fast idle button. 4. Move the control lever to the F (forward) or R (reverse) position to increase idle speed without engaging the drive gears. 5. To cancel fast idle operation, return the control lever to the N (neutral) position. WARNING: Do not engage drive gears during fast idle warm-up.
