  Procedure · 1. Turn the power switch to the right, OR press the lock button on the Honda Smart Key to turn the power OFF.

• Rev limiter engaged - Engine speed unstable at high speed

  Diagnostic · Cause: Rev limiter activation due to excessive tilt angle or propeller ventilation during sharp turn Test: Check trim angle of the outboard motor
