Procedure
1. Move the control lever(s) to the N (neutral) position. 2. After cruising at full throttle, cool down the engine by idling for a few minutes before stopping the engine. 3. Push the START/STOP switch to stop the engine. WARNING: In the event that the engine does not stop when the start/stop switch is pushed, disconnect the fuel line connector from the outboard motor.
