Spec · Tilted down, gearcase submerged at all times conditions={"temperature":"Freezing or near freezing"}
Procedure · 1. Drain and refill the gearcase lubricant (refer to Gearcase Lubrication).
Diagnostic · Cause: Outboard is not shifted to neutral position
