Mounting Accessories to the Transom Clamp Bracket

1. Mount the engine to the transom or jack plate in accordance with the engine installation instructions. 2. Identify unused bolt holes in the transom clamp bracket for accessory attachment (refer to Figure 1). 3. Ensure accessory fasteners pass through the boat transom or jack plate. WARNING: Loose engine fasteners could cause the transom bracket to fail, resulting in loss of driver boat control. Always tighten engine fasteners to the specified torque.
