Operating DTS Console Mount Remote Control

1. Never shift the outboard into gear unless engine speed is at idle. Do not shift outboard into forward or reverse when the engine is not running. WARNING: Shifting into gear above idle speed or when engine is not running can cause damage. 2. Select one of the three gear shift positions: Forward (F), Neutral (N), or Reverse (R). 3. When shifting, always stop at the Neutral (N) position and allow the engine speed to return to idle before engaging Forward or Reverse. 4. Advance the control lever to further increase speed.
