Procedure
1. Reduce engine speed upon Engine Guardian activation (warning horn sounds for six seconds and/or engine power is reduced). 2. Move the throttle lever back to the idle position to reset the Engine Guardian system. 3. If Engine Guardian determines the reset has not corrected the problem, it will remain activated, limiting the throttle. Identify and correct the underlying problem before attempting to operate at normal RPM.
