Procedure
1. Detect that starboard outer engine has been forced into neutral/idle condition, which also forces the inner starboard engine to neutral/idle. 2. Move the starboard control handle back into neutral. 3. Move the starboard control handle from neutral back into gear to restore inner engine operation.
