Procedure
1. Open the manual relief valve completely in the Manual direction to allow the outboard motor to be tilted manually. WARNING: Ensure the manual relief valve is fully closed again before operating the outboard motor. If the manual relief valve is not closed, the outboard motor will not function correctly.
