Power Tilt Operation via Bottom Cowl Switch
1. Use the tilt switch located on the bottom cowl to tilt the outboard motor up or down. This can be done regardless of whether the main switch is in the ON or OFF position.

Diagnostic · Cause: Dead battery or failed power tilt switch. Test: Attempt to operate the power tilt switch; if no response, check battery charge and switch continuity.
