Propeller Replacement
1. Place a wood block between the propeller blade and anti-ventilation plate to hold the propeller steady. 2. Remove the split pin, propeller nut, and washer. 3. Remove the propeller and thrust holder. 4. Apply waterproof grease to the propeller shaft before installing the new propeller. 5. Install the thrust holder, propeller, stopper, washer, and propeller nut onto the shaft. 6. Tighten the propeller nut to specified torque (25 Nm / 18 ft-lb / 2.5 kgf-m) and align one of the grooves to the propeller shaft hole. (torque: 25 Nm) 7. Install a new split pin into the nut hole and bend it to secure. WARNING: Always use a new split pin; do not reuse the old one.
