Adjust Control Lever Friction (Flush-Mount / Top-Mount DBW Type)

1. Check whether the control lever moves smoothly. 2. Remove the cover of the control lever. 3. Loosen the nut securing the friction adjuster bolt. 4. Adjust the lever friction by turning the control lever friction adjuster bolt right or left. Front side: adjusts friction when changing gear position. Rear side: adjusts friction when increasing throttle opening and boat speed. 5. Tighten the nut to lock the lever friction. 6. Reinstall the cover of the control lever. Tools: wrench (for nut)
