Fuel Filter with Water Separator Replacement

1. Remove the engine cover (refer to p. 88). 2. Disconnect the 2-pin coupler (blue). 3. Remove the suspension strap from the fuel filter with water separator bracket, and then remove the suspension strap from the fuel filter with water separator. 4. Bind the two fuel hoses with hose clips to prevent fuel leakage, and disconnect the fuel hoses. WARNING: Bind both fuel hoses with hose clips before disconnecting to prevent fuel leakage.
