Procedure
Refueling the Outboard Motor
1. Stop the engine and let it cool before handling fuel. WARNING: Gasoline is highly flammable and explosive. You can be burned or seriously injured when handling fuel. 2. Move to an outdoor location, away from heat, sparks, flames, appliance pilot lights, barbecues, electric appliances, and power tools. 3. Check the fuel level and refill if necessary. Do not fill the fuel tank above the UPPER LIMIT. Refer to the boat manufacturer's instructions. 4. If you do not anticipate cycling through at least one complete tank of fuel within a 30-day period, add Honda Marine Fuel Stabilizer each time you refuel. 5. Wipe up any spilled fuel immediately to prevent fire hazard and environmental damage. WARNING: Spilled fuel is a fire hazard and causes environmental damage.
