Outboard Accessory Bracket Installation

1. Ensure the accessory mounting plate does not rest in the radius of the transom clamp bracket. Maintain a minimum clearance of 3.175 mm (0.125 in.) between the edge of the accessory bracket and the transom clamp bracket wall radius. WARNING: Failure to maintain minimum clearance may create interference issues. 2. Use engine-supplied mounting fasteners (e) to secure the transom clamp bracket. 3. Install accessory manufacturer-supplied fasteners (f) through unused engine mounting bracket holes to secure the accessory bracket.
