1. Move the control lever to N (NEUTRAL) position. 2. Pull the emergency stop switch lanyard to remove the emergency stop switch clip from the emergency stop switch on the control panel.

Procedure · 1. Use the EMERGENCY STOP SWITCH with the LANYARD CLIP to stop the engine in an emergency. Attach the lanyard clip to the emergency stop switch; removing the clip activates the switch and stops the engine.
