Procedure
Adjust trim position pin to correct bow attitude
1. Assess current trim angle while underway. Observe bow attitude relative to the water surface. 2. If the bow is entering the water (trim down / trim angle too small): water may enter the boat and speed will decrease — action is required. 3. Move the trim position pin (f) to a HIGHER position to raise the bow up and increase the trim angle (trim up). WARNING: Ensure engine is off and boat is stationary before repositioning the trim pin. 4. If the bow is raised excessively (trim up / trim angle too large): move the trim position pin (f) to a LOWER position to lower the bow down (trim down). 5. Re-assess trim angle underway to confirm correct trim (a) has been achieved.
