Procedure
1. Arrange passengers and load in the boat so the weight is distributed evenly. 2. Set the tilt pin in the adjustment holes so the outboard runs perpendicular to the water at full speed, allowing the boat to run parallel to the water surface. 3. If trim is excessive (bow rises, speed decreases, bow sways, or bottom slams water), decrease trim angle by setting the trim position pin in a lower position (trim down).
